The SMD Group has worked extensively in sub-Saharan Africa and has become a leader in providing technical assistance on a range of collaborative projects. We have demonstrated our in-depth understanding of Public Sector Reform approaches as well as in providing institutional development reform advice, technical assistance and training in both Anglophone and Francophone Africa. We have carried out assignments on behalf of multiple public-sector clients in over 15 countries, working directly with various multi-lateral and bi-lateral development partners.
